SHIPPING POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Driftwood Fishing Rods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

​

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

​

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

​

Shipping for all items is free within the U.S. for all orders over $25.  Orders under $25 are shipped at a flat rate of $4.95.  Please contact us at info@driftwoodfishingrods for a shipping quote for all orders outside the U.S.


We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

​

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​

Customs, Duties and Taxes

​

Driftwood Fishing Rods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

​

Damages

​

Driftwood Fishing Rods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

​

Please contact us at info@driftwoodfishingrods for a shipping quote to any location outside the U.S.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

 

To return an item, please email customer service at mike@driftwoodfishingrods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

Refunds

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
